cesar gI went to this location to drop off the equipment I rented. The hours were posted for opening at 7:30 am. Nobody was around so I called the number listed on the door. I got no response stayed there almost an hour. Called multiple times left messages never heard anything even till now. I called the place that the contract said I was supposed to take it to which was almost another 200 miles away from where I told them I was going. I was told it was an open reservation and could return it to any U-Haul because it was supposed to be made more convenient for the customer when I called the number that was listed a lady named. Rachel answered. She was really rude. Customer service skills were very lacking whenever I try to explain the situation to her, she said I would encourage additional charges because I was returning it somewhere that was not listed on the contract and I told them I was going to the army base at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri and the customer service representative put on there as an open reservation. I explained all this to the lady Rachel, who was supposedly a supervisor and she said she would not help me. I really hope the phone call was recorded, cause she was quite rude. Kept trying to terminate the call whenever I kept asking questions she told me I was being very disrespectful and rude to her and that she’s a human and I wasn’t gonna speak to her like that I never cussed at her or anything and I told her I was the customer and she needed to help me and we ended up not resolving anything as I ended up leaving the Equipment at the U-Haul on Route 66 and taking multiple pictures and videos to show that I had returned it it was not a good situation. I never received a phone call from anyone on return or anything to even though you guys had received it very, very disappointed in the customer service.
