Great experience, only feedback I have is that the uhaul app the employee was using was not allowing him to add the uhaul in my city. So we had to select a different location. And then I had to call my original location and make the switch. I think the uhaul app/system has a few bugs. But overall great experience.

Very happy with the cost, and gas mileage
rhonda PWhen I was no more than an hour up the road on my trip from Missouri to Texas one of the ramps had deployed from the track and was dragging. When I made it to Texas the person helping unhitch me from the car dolly showed me where one of the tires wasn’t even strapped in and he told me how dangerous it was. I believe he notated that.
