Considering I was moving across the country, I reserved ahead of time a 3-4 bedroom storage unit waiting for me that would fit my belongings. Not only was this not true, I have 2 separate units on different floors in entirely separate buildings. This required extra time for my movers WHEN they showed up to empty my U-Haul truck. I was on a strict schedule with returning vehicles, and catching a flight and my experience was absolutely horrific.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not the original location for my pickup, so I am thankful for them accommodating me. However, the original location, Danvers on Newbury St, could not accommodate my rental, and I had to go an hour out of my way to complete the rental. I am wholly dissatisfied with the failure to deliver, and given that the alternate location was a gas station, I could not speak to anyone about this. This also added an extra 20 miles to my rental, which affected my budget.
Matt GThere was an issue with my rental pick up that took at least 30 minutes to resolve. The attendant was very helpful, but it took a long time, and we had to wait a while before we could leave.
Scott HVery disappointed!! I had it for two hours with all the added fees I never was asked for total was $70. I asked for a receipt before I left and he said no. Will email you. I had no say in the matter.
alexandra cMaybe put a sign up somewhere indicating that UHaul is at that location because it was at a gas station. I was a little confused about if I was at the right place.
