They didn’t have my correct truck and gave me a different one which caused mileage problems resulting in over charging etc. I overdrew my checking account and now my storage fee is late. I hope to not lose all my belongings. Do better.

I was very frustrated with U-Haul in general because the morning of pick up I called because I not heard from them and they told me they had no record of me reserving a truck and the truck was not there. I finally called the place where I picked up the truck and the guy answered and said yes there is a truck here waiting for me not happy with U-Haul at all.

WILLIAM MI rented a U-Haul from my preferred location in Topping, VA and was told the day before the rental that I would have to pick it up in Saluda. I requested a dropoff in the Tysons/Vienna location and was told to return it in Falls Church. Since both the the pickup and dropoff locations were changed by U-Haul, I went over my allotted mileage limit and then was charged for driving the extra miles. If you're going to change the pickup and dropoff locations on customers you should not charge us for extra miles driven. This is probably not the fault of either the pickup location or the dropoff location, but U-Haul as a company.
