I had a very frustrating experience when trying to pick up the truck I had reserved. When I arrived at the pickup location, the key inside the lockbox was not the correct key for the truck I had reserved. As a result, I wasted my time and gas driving there. I called customer service, and they told me to return at 9:00 PM because the manager would leave the correct key in the lockbox. I went back that evening, but the correct key still was not there. Once again, I wasted more time and gas making another trip. After calling again, I was told that my reservation had been moved to a different location for the following day at 9:00 AM. I then had to drive even farther to pick up the truck I had originally reserved. This all started at the following pickup location: AAA Storage 6303 Krempen Ave San Antonio, TX 78233 United States Because of the issue at that location, my reservation had to be changed to the Nacogdoches location for pickup the next day. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary travel, extra fuel expenses, and delays, even though I had made my reservation in advance.
