The truck was dirty on the inside everything else was good. The guy checking the truck out was really upset about having to check the truck out.

A/C in truck only came through the defrost vent and not through vehicle vents. Very hot.

FRANK BPicked a location with service hours and never agreed to self serve, had to do it anyway. App experience was horrible, check in required some extra identity verification taking forever. Checkout crashed three times requiring starting from scratch. Very likely to never use uhaul again.
Juergen SImprove the app! very time consuming and redundant. Also, I should be able to set my preferences in my profile rather than have to answer the same ten questions about things I neither want nor need (labor, boxes, storage, etc) I rent several times a month and it is a real inconvenience to have to set aside time to simply make a reservation - and then to repeat all of the same questions when picking up!
