Breanna LUnfortunately, my experience at the drop-off location was very disappointing. The attendant was difficult to understand and did not clearly explain what he believed was wrong with the vehicle. I returned the truck with the fuel level exactly as it was when I picked it up, but the attendant became frustrated with me and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. The interaction left me feeling like I was being treated unfairly. I was also instructed to clean the truck before leaving, even though I had returned it cleaner than when I received it. Overall, the customer service at the drop-off location was unprofessional and overshadowed what had otherwise been a very positive rental experience. I had been considering renting a storage unit from U-Haul as well, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
