CHRISRTOPHER WI rented a 20 foot truck for my move. They didn't have the 20 foot truck that I had reserved and I had to negotiate to get a 10 foot truck. I reserved the truck a couple weeks in advance. The truck provided required more trips and more gas which increased the overall cost of the rental. The counter person cannot speak English and was rude in the service they could managed to provide. This is the last time I will rent from this location.
Philip MCheck in and Check out was easy. I needed to change the reservation and add an extra day and this was also easy. The final cost was also a nice surprise, I expected it to be more expensive.
