John MThe location staff were great. A pleasure to deal with. I did have an issue with uhaul itself. I declined all insurance and safe tow but was still charged the extra after drop off. Not sure why they automatically add this, but i called uhaul customer service and they promptly refunded. Great customer service but the system should not automatically add things you decline on the reservation.
