The people were really nice and helpful and let me leave my car overnight while I packed my truck up.but I wasn’t informed that before I left the lot to take pictures of the truck. I saw the text when I got back home. Other than that, it was great. The inside of the cargo Bay was really dirty. I had to sweep it and clean it out before I packed my stuff in.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe phone number sent via text to call to get entry gate access goes to a busy signal. We had to look up the main line phone number for this location. There were tons of questions they asked and needed answers to in order to even get started on our moving journey.
JAMES PAn older lady came out to get the key and before I could stop my husband from giving it to her, she took it from him. But I replied the instructions said to drop the key in the white lockbox. She insisted she worked there, but we really had no reason to believe her. We will not be returning to this location. She should of allowed us to follow the instructions as directed.
