I was given a uhaul with a cracked windshield and charged for returning the vehicle with the same amount of gas (1/4)tank I am very unhappy I did use the vehicle as I had no other option but overall there was a lack of cleanliness and a charge that was in other terms bogus.

SHAW JI want to make a complaint. This location is worst I ever experienced. I have been over charged twice. When original bill was 72$ that I paid but I was charged 118$. Today I see additional charges added for 81$. THIS IS OUTRAGOES. I DEMAND MY REFUND
David eI was charged $60 for gas and and a fueling charge. The reciept does not show the correct original amount. I’m very disappointed this happened and feel the was a bait and switch
