I would recommend taking the time to ensure that the customer gets a receipt proving that they dropped off the rental. I was not presented with this by default and had to ask. Thanks for the great service though!

Charles NThe windshield was extremely dirty when I picked it up and not cleaned off at all. The cabin interior smelled of cat urine and the gas tank was not full. I have pics to prove it. As I was driving from TN to WI, I encountered several mechanical issues that had me extremely concerned that I may not make it safely to my destination.
