The local IN customer service agent was very helpful, efficient & courteous. I was on the road within 15 minutes. I rented a small, box truck w V8 engine for a one-way trip of 440 miles. The total bill was $637, including insurance, tax & fee but not including gasoline. Truck rental equated to $1.45 per mile; the gasoline consumed (31.3 gal) equated to 14 MPG & $120 for two fillings. The payload was very light so this truck is a "gas guzzler" w stiff ride, despite being almost new.
