Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Negatives were that she was overwhelmed and typically did not answer the phone. The app was not easy to use as far as picture taking was concerned.

They should not ever accuse the customer of lying or stealing because of their lack of training.
David GEvery time I rent a trailer I use the U-Haul app to reserve the trailer, then I check in with the app, then I arrive at the U-Haul rental property and connect the trailer. After connecting, I enter the office and let whoever is available know.. A representative comes out, verifies the connection, takes pictures, and tells me I am good to go. So now they are accusing me of taking equipment without their knowledge.
David GFor some reason unknown to me the staff is not able to dispatch U-Haul equipment to me so they have accused me of taking trailers without renting them.
David GI have rented U-Haul products 16 times this year. Today I was told that U-Haul will Mon longer rent trailers to me because the last time I the staff was unable to dispatch the trailer to me.
