Not charging an extra day when you're going to get the trailer the night before your reservation AND it's less than 30 minutes before office 's closing !! It's ridiculous to charge when the day is almost at the end...

David CThe worker wanted nothing to do with us gave us a card and said call here then left. The place was not clean or welcoming at all. Once again wouldn’t be using this location ever again or recommending to absolutely anyone.
Julie RLa personne ne voulait pas reprendre le véhicule alors que mon contrat stipulait clairement que je devais retourner le camion à cet endroit. On m’a dit qu’il n’y avait plus de place alors que j’avais déjà stationner le camion dans un des nombreux espaces libres. On m’a demandé d’aller le porter à Lennoxville. Quand j’ai refusé en disant que c’était très loin d’où je devais me rendre et que je souhaitais respecter mon contrat, on m’a lancé mon contrat par dessus le comptoir en disant « bin bonne soirée » de façon ironique et super bête. Un service à l’image du service U-Haul en général!
Vanessa RThe trailer did not have a stand, so had to use a jack to attach to vehicle complicating our process greatly. Staff were pleasant and assistance by phone was well done. Parking very tight and difficult both to pickup and drop off trailer. Overall positive experience but need to improve on ensuring trailers are supported and easier to install and ideally would like on-site assistance.
