The guy running the office on Sunday was nice, but there were several issues: 1. The gear shift is confusing and no one explained it. 2. I was told even though the posted hours were 'closes at 2:00 p.m., the guy would be there when i dropped the truck around 2:30-3:00 that same day. However, when I arrived, the gate was chained closed. I am 67 years old and pulling/pushing the gate open hurt my back, alot. It still hurts as the gate is extremely heavy. 3. i was provided no gate code. I had to call and was lucky enough the guy (again nice enough) gave me the code, but his phone or mine kept cutting out. I was told if I couldn't get the gate open to park in a cul de sac. and leave the truck unlocked. 4. when i finally got the gate open, i didn't know where to park, nor was it told where. there are perhaps 20+ vehicles strewn about the parking area. I was not told whether or not to leave the truck locked. 5. I was not given a location to drop the keys and there was no obvious drop box on the lot. 6. when i went to gas up the truck, I couldn't get the gas hatch open. There was no apparent lever for it. I called the guy who picked up the phone. He didn't know either. He told me to google it, which I did. There is no latch, but one must dig the tips of one's fingers into the crack between the gas hatch and the body of the truck near the driver's door and pull to release the hatch. I wasted p;robably 15 minutes trying to deal with this, and another 20 minutes dealing with the gate/returrn of the truck plus hurting my back. 7. While trying to operate the sliding gate i had to block oncoming traffic as there is no way to pull off the street in front of the gate to open it. I would have had to park 1-2 blocks away, walk back, open the gate, walk back to the truck and then drive the truck into the lot. Then roll this very very heavy gate back. Overall - kind of bad experience with the above.

ROBERT RThe person in charge of the UPS was dismissive and charged my card twice. I tried showing him my reservation (Reservation: 85661313) and he simply ignored me and continued to work on something with his coworker or buddy. While turning his back to me. I then told him i was confused he looked at me with disdain and said "what you never rented a u-haul"? mockingly. i told him i had not he told me to follow him into the office didn't ask anything about my reservation asked for my ID and for some reason charged my card again.
Michael LThe hours of this location are 9:30 am - 2 pm. I ordered a counter pick up right at 9:30 am instead of the mobile app. The person finally showed up at 10:10 am. There was no phone number at the location and no way to contact them, except the general U-Haul Customer Service. Utterly unprofessional.
