Missy was very friendly and very efficient. She took charge of unhooking and we were in and out in less than 1O minutes.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDidn’t have what I asked for. Couldn’t use the app as it wouldn’t except the pictures. Store clerk didn’t know what was going on. Will only rent from an actual location going forward.
Christen RReally my only issues had to do with the uhual website there were several Aspects that were annoying or unclear. For example just give me the weight of the trailer and its capacity for cargo. Also for some reason on my vehicle it kept loosing the fact I indicated it was hard top wrangler and would prevent me from going further. I had to input that data at least 6-8 times in the process including when picking up the equipment
David CI had to hook up and unhook myself no one did a safty check! When I went to return the trailer I looked at my sheet and she gave me 6 hours instead of 24 hours and still charged me the full price! When bi pulled in the location was already closed and coyld see someone darting behind counter as if not wanting to be noticed! I had to contact customer service and still no refund issued
Anne BMelissa at the uHaul in Sioux Falls was absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with! She was so fantastic, hilarious, and helped with all our questions. She showed us how to operate the equipment we weren't familiar with. Overall fantastic experience with her! Thank you!
