Terrell EU-Haul switched my location four times before my move date. This last pick up location was across town from me, which added additional miles to the trip. I thought if I reserved the truck ahead of time, I would avoid this type of treatment.
Russell MI am disappointed that the “safe move” insurance coverage was not discussed with me at all. It was added on to the price without my knowledge. The total was never announced to me and when I got the receipt after driving the truck away I called to ask why the price was higher than what I reserved it at and he could not tell me why the price was higher.
Patrick CI had a hard time checking in, and the pictures wouldn’t load. The employee was very helpful and let me text her the pictures so I could get underway.
