I am disappointed that the “safe move” insurance coverage was not discussed with me at all. It was added on to the price without my knowledge. The total was never announced to me and when I got the receipt after driving the truck away I called to ask why the price was higher than what I reserved it at and he could not tell me why the price was higher.

Daniel EA week earlier I had a pick up at an actual u-haul store. I had reserved 1 two wheel dolly and they said they did have any to rent but then he tries selling me one. At this pickup at Mega Saver, I had reserved 2 dollies and the manager said she had made sure they were there and they were. She was super helpful!
