Even though they were short staffed at the time, the employees were very helpful and got us on our way. They did a great job if explaining what needed to be done prior to leaving and when the truck was returned.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was overcharged for gas.
Dave RWhy the hell did I get charged $75 for a gas fee when the truck was filled to a quarter tank of gas make that make sense I wanna refund on that
Carter GI did not like the fact that there was no personal help. It didn't like that there was no one to talk to and everything had to be done through an app
Terrell EU-Haul switched my location four times before my move date. This last pick up location was across town from me, which added additional miles to the trip. I thought if I reserved the truck ahead of time, I would avoid this type of treatment.
