This location was easy to contact someone. They were very understanding. I had to extend my rental 4 times. They made it easy and stress free.
Cherese GI returned my U-Haul more than 24 hours in advance of when it was due and was still charged for all 3 days after being told it would be prorated if returned early.
Michaela SKey to reserved U-haul was not available. Waited for assistance in the cold. When assistance arrived, they also could not locate the key for the reserved U-haul. Awful service at this location
