Only open a few hours. Garanteed to be charged for another day. Truck shimmy and shaking brakes right at not there felt like porn star brakes. Just under $110 dollar usage but four pending Credit card charges close to $500$. Used U-Haul 33 years ago same as it ever was.

App was too difficult to use. Would not ever use again. Would time out or spin before I was able to do anything . Wasted more time on the app then using the truck Milage charges are ridiculous

Paula SThe app experience was TERRIBLE. We got our truck finally after being delayed 6 hours and it was nearly impossible to even get it then. Even when we tried to call customer service we would stay on hold then it would just hang up. But that was our only option because the lady in the office had such a “not my problem “ attitude and didn’t care to actually help us.
