How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe condition of the trailer was good, just had some oil from a previous renter that was all over the front half of the trailer. I had to clean it up myself because I got home with the trailer, and we were running a tight schedule that day. I didn’t have the time to return it for another one. Next time, I’ll actually walk inside of it before leaving the lot. I do take responsibility for not doing that, they would have happily given me another trailer.
stephen mInsure the trucks do not have leaky roofs
Jeffrey BEasy to work with and they had what I needed.
Jacob TThe location is good, they were helpful. The U-Haul app and customer service agents at your customer service number were generally unhelpful.
