Truck was newer, clean, in good condition. Not sure who the guy was if owners or employee came across little bit on the sketchy side
wendell sThe outside of the 10 foot box Van was not very clean and driving home from Canada to Arizona. The brakes would shake like crazy.
William JThis was a big mix up again U-Haul sent us a text where to drop off. We put gas into the Van and took both van and truck to drop off location U-Haul told us and found out we couldn’t drop the trailer there. The guy called the dispatcher and they gave us a second location. By the time we found the new location the van used more gas so when dropping off the rental we were charged for a little more gas. The guys there didn’t want to listen to us said it’s what ever U-Haul wants is what they do. Very unorganized system to many chiefs all we wanted was an empty van and trailer to hall our truck home to Alberta.
Sonja HThe hours posted do not reflect when the owner or the counterperson is there if it wasn't for the girl online and over the phone I don't think we would have gotten our rental this location should be closed he's rude when you speak to him on the phone he will even hang up on you and like I said he doesn't bother to show up even when the hours Clearly say he should be there and U-Haul confirmed it
