I showed up a bit early thinking I was able to do the mobile check in. Luckily there was the owner or manager of the place and he was very accommodating and the check in process was quick and easy. I was much appreciated, especially since pick up location was changed and it was a drive to get to the u-haul.

GERALD WFriendly and efficient guys at the front counter. The truck was a little beat up, but was clean enough and got the job done. The brake pedal had to be pushed very firmly all the way to the floor to get the engine to start, but that is my only nitpicking complaint.
