My experience with U-Haul was extremely disappointing. Before departing, I documented the odometer and gas gauge readings to ensure I would return the vehicle with the same fuel level of 3/8 of a tank. After refueling upon my return, I dropped off the vehicle, only to later receive a receipt indicating a fuel charge of nearly $17. When I inquired about this charge, the employee informed me that she had taken a picture that led to the charge, but when I requested to see it for comparison, I discovered that it had been deleted. This incident raises serious concerns about U-Haul's practices, suggesting potential dishonesty in their dealings with customers.

jack aAlthough both locations where very good I am disappointed that the original site I selected which was near the location of the pickup I was sent to a location 30 miles away which caused the additional mile and subsequently I got charged an extra amount for exceeding the defined miles between the two locations.
