I scheduled a pick up a week prior and was directed to this location, 35 miles to the south. My miles weren’t adjusted and I had to pay for extra 26 miles. I also scheduled mobile pickup and had to wander around to find a person to help. I was told they don’t allow for mobile pickup while the location was open? Anyways, 30 minutes later, I finally had a key.
Jeffrey LEverything went smoothly and we were greeted at the counter with a smile. I’m really bad with remembering names, but the person at the counter was super friendly and nice. I will definitely comes back to rent a U-Haul truck and recommend this location to all of our friends and family!
