Insisted I return 14 hours before my rental agreement, stated cannot drop after hours although it was what was ordered and agreed upon. Didn’t sent final invoice and charged more than my initial invoice.

The app/web portal experience does tell me what vehicles my local pickup/dropoff location has. first you choose a location, then you choose a vehicle, then if that location doesn't have that vehicle they change your location. Let me see what vehicles live at that location, their usual inventory.

Sarah YI ordered a 6x12 trailer. On the app is said the door opening was 5’1” by 5’4”. This was not the case. The locker unit I had to move was 5 foot wide and I couldn’t get it in easy at all. I ended up tilting it and ( its very heavy) really have to work to even get it in. Where if the door was the right size I would have just pushed it in upright.
