I paid for a half dozen blankets and when I went to pick up the trailer, they did not have blankets and gave me $5 in cash. When I returned the U-Haul, Streets charged me $50 for missing blankets. I explained to them that I never picked up the blankets. Even though I have called both locations numerous times, they will not resolve the issue. Very frurstrating.

Jason SThe staff was extremely friendly. However, we had a reservation for a 15 foot truck along with an email confirmation and an over the phone confirmation that our vehicle would be available. Despite these assurances, upon on our arrival the only available vehicle was a 26 foot truck. The price remained the same, but there is a tremendous difference in driving a 15 foot truck compared to a 26 foot truck....especially through Atlanta traffic.
