The app. Is unfriendly for before bankers hours startup. Who starts work at 9:30am? Movers are so wired getting ready for the day they are up early or probably haven’t even slept. The app needs streamlining. It made me log in only to ask questions about information about drop off locations on a one way move that I had researched weeks before and made a choice. Off cource it throws several addressed at me to test my memory and I choose one that was 6 miles put of my way. I could not get back to original choice so after working at it for 11 hours on moving day, U had to return it to very remote area. I filled it with 10.5 gallons of gas paying $42 dollars to replace the gas used and when I check out on app I get charged for $44 dollars for gas I just replaced. Who do I call? The app is bad! $400 for the privilege to use a one way under 100 mile . uhaul 26 foot truck that Ford motor built (great truck)

Corneliu CI was charged twice what they quoted me. When I called to ask why I was put on hold and then told to call uhaul. Uhaul was dismissive when I spoke with them. The pricing is a scam.
