How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service level at this U-Haul Dealer is excellent.
ROBERT HBetter communication. Should be advised to check texts before leaving parking lot. List instructions on website so customer knows procedure ahead of time. I was called the next day and told that I had not returned the trailer, but I had. Look before calling or accusing
THOMAS PThe business looked closed when we entered the yard. It was a little concerning after a 90 min drive to get there. I was preparing to call the number posted on the door when the manager unlocked the office. After that, the rental process was uneventful and prompt.
MICHAEL SThey made a mistake in my trailer gave me a 4X8 instead of my orginal reservation of 5X8. Made a mess of a day for me.
