The only issue with my experience was, the first location I was supposed to pick up the trailer was no longer a U-Haul dealer. If I didn't call the location to check on my order it would have been a scramble to find a new location at that time. However, once I learned of the error in the location and called the 888 U-Haul number I was taken care of immediately. Had this not happened I would have given a 5 star rating. Choice Furniture was very helpful and took care of me needs well. The App is very user friendly and work well. Good Job!

WILLIAM SExcellent service in and out real quick. I made the reservation on line the night before and pucked up the next morning. For the 1st of the month, they had lots of available inventory. I was there a short period of time, in and out quick. They had blankets and dollies available. Great location.
