Charles BI was supposed to pick my U-Haul up in Fayetteville on August 4 at 7 AM and have it until August 6 at 7 AM and drop off in Sulphur rock at Wildcats. I was called on Monday, August 3 and asked to pick it up a day early free of charge we picked it up on August 3 at around 3:30 4 o’clock in the afternoon the drop-off location still said sulfur rock. I did not realize that the paper said 3 PM for drop off and was not told that it would be different because I reserved it until 7 AM on Thursday. Nobody ever mentioned that drop off would then be on Wednesday at 3 PM when we went to Silver rock to drop off it said the drop off location was for a different location and charged us $98 extra for dropping off at a different location, even though it was at the Sulphur rock location that is even listed on this survey.
Charity AThere was very little cell service and no WiFi to connect to, making it very difficult to use app.
Julie Tif yall are gonna have so many charges and charge out the ass you should put that up front , will never use yall again.
