How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the trailer, mid-afternoon on a Saturday. There was a person off to the side of the office in a pickup. She got out and told me that the owner was not available and that I should just drop the trailer next to another one. I did that (and took pictures thank goodness) but I asked if there was something that needed to be signed and she shrugged and said no. 5 days later I got a notice from U-Haul that I had not returned the trailer. This has been fixed after a quick discussion with customer service at U-Haul, but it should never have come up.
John HCellular service was weak at this location. (Too be expected) GPS coordinates were not accurate, therefore the U-Haul app was none operational. I had to call.

Steven RI dropped off the trailer during normal business hours on a Friday. There was no one present to receive the trailer. The app did not allow me to record photos of the trailer to confirm that it was in good condition, so I just took pictures myself to have a record in case any questions came up. The location is remote, so cell signal is limited. Maybe that was why the app seemed less than fully functional. I had a similar experience when dropping off a trailer at this location in the past.
