Kristie LThe location and the store clerk was awesome! I love the store and her. On the other hand I had an incident and had to unexpectedly keep the truck longer. When I called uhaul customer service I was hung up on at least 3 time before speaking to Will. Will tried to assist me but it was too late. I ended up spending money I don't have and was very disappointed that I was unable to get the assistance I needed
