I am not sure. The truck was dirty, the engine light came on, the gas handle didn’t fit pushed my whole trip back and I had to unload all my things by myself no help because the trip was pushed off so the person had to work. I am very disappointed at the service I received. I’ve given Uhaul years of service and this is by far the worst service I ever had

I scheduled a dolly in Brookhaven for Saturday, finding out when I arrived that the reservation was changed to Friday, without my knowledge, and the facility was closed. I had to drive 21 miles to second facility and thankfully everything went good from there.
