Everything was good, except for one oversight. I reserved a furniture dolly that was not provided, yet I was still charged the fee for it.

The van I rented was very dirty. I had trouble seeing through the dirty windshield, and side mirrors.

Henrietta GYou at U-Haul can upgrade your internet. We almost weren't able to rent this vehicle because of your website issues on Saturday, 7/25/26. I'm told by the location that this is a constant problem on Saturdays, and they've actually had to turn away rentals because your system is down. That is money out of your pocket, and to me, as a business owner, unacceptable. Please look into this and provide a better solution to this problem. This shouldn't be an issue for a huge company like U-Haul. That is my only complaint. The location was wonderful, and the employees were compassionate and just as frustrated as me. So they get 5 stars. You not so much.
Kristie Rthe 10' box truck was excellent. However, the check out and check in were not so seamless. watching employees trying to navigate the system was painful. the most concerning was checking out when I could not get a bill total, and was told I'd get an email. I have never finalized any transaction without knowing the final total. A true value employee finally walked out with me to the vehicle to verify condition and fuel status before giving me my final bill.
