This is not your regular U-Haul Outlet they are a ATV motor shop with a side line of renting U-Haul equipment. There is next to no signage it is all about ATV's no major U-Haul signs. The front counter where you rent your truck is covered in parts and miscellaneous materials no where to set anything down to read or sign. I found the agent to be very abrupt and somewhat rude as if I was interrupting her routine. Usually you go out and inspect a vehicle for damage and any other particulars this did not happen. The experience left a lot to be desired.
