My reservation was canceled because somebody forgot to put lock on the truck on scott road location, had to go to another location to get 15” truck whereas i reserved 10” truck which was 8 kms away and had to pay extra for that. on my reservation it said reservation guaranteed, so i will compensation for that.

Was not happy with drop off location long way from my address in fact I took it to port kells drop off which is on my door step and they refused it had to take to the other location could not find it very easily as nobody to accept it we phone and was told the person left early was a little worried about leave it there but their was other uhaul vehicles their and the lady on phone said it was OK,after driving 6plus hours could have done without the hassle,and charged an extra day,not happy about it

Furat ATruck was not well maintained, there was something weird noice coming under the truck while operating, like exhaust pipes rattle noice or may be something else.
BARINDER SProvide a parking gate code to allow truck return after hours.
