The staff was helpful but the truck was dangerous and limited my use. I had rented the truck for the day but I deemed it too dangerous to use for more loads and took it back. I will now have to rent another vehicle and pay for more day labour to complete my task Not happy with this experience and will seek out other rental company

Not organized. Saw my reservation but didn't know the details (distance, dolly rental, etc). Charged me for gas even though I said I put gas in it (didn't see bill till after I left). Didn't inspect truck when I returned it. Didn't seem to care about much. This is a motel that does a U-Haul side business out of the same motel check-in office

Christopher RWe put 64 miles on vehicle and paid an extra 132 dollars. Seems expensive at 2 dollars a mile. Otherwise the truck rental was all good. So I would tell friends that it's very expensive.
Ed FMy initial order was cancelled 3 hours after I didn’t pick up the truck even though I booked it for 24 hours so I needed to make a new order. The site helped me place the order but they needed my credit card information as I couldn’t pay via phone so I needed to drive home to get the credit card. This caused inconvenience and delays which could’ve been avoided if my order was not cancelled.
