Jessica was absolutely fantastic! We had to make a few changes as our schedule changed and she was very pleasant, accommodating and professional. Would definitely rent from that location again.

No improvement needed at Sussex location, personnel were polite, pleasant, and very accommodating.
NANCY HI only said no to the cleanliness of the van because there was a bit of dirt (dry mud) and some grass chunks in the cargo part, most likely from the previous rental, it did not bother me, I assumed it was because they had no time I picked it up the morning after the previous renter dropped it off after closing the night before. Overall I was very happy with the experience, the people were excellent and friendly as well as helpful in explaining the process. I will keep using uhaul when ever the need arises
