We rented TIRE truck and used it for 22 miles and when we brought it back, they claimed we were responsible for a scratch on the truck which we know for a fact, we are not responsible for. We asked to see supervisor and the video leaving the lot, but the employee was very unprofessional. We reached out to headquarters and filed a report. The supervisor called the next day again insisting we did the damage. They refused to let us see the video leaving a lot. My husband is a commercial truck driver with zero accidents and we were in possession of the truck the entire time moving a couple of items out of my daughter‘s house. We have always used U-Haul, but this location was extremely unprofessional in the way they handled this.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was extremely disappointed. The location opened at 8am. I arrived at 8:55am and no one was there. I attempted to call several times and when I was finally dispatched to a local person the person arrived (an hour later). When he tried to look up my reservation he couldn't find it even though I could share I checked in and paid online. The person on the phone from u-haul was not fantastic. I lost an hour and had to pay two movers for the two hours that they waited for me. When I explained that frustration the u-haul representative was like - oh well.
