I live 2 miles from this location, I literally was only able to drive 2 miles and the truck broke down. I had to pay for another service to transport all of my items to the venue because set up had to be done that night. It set me back hours. I spoke on the phone with multiple people who said I will get a refund and I still was charged. Now I have to call back again to maybe get a refund. I might just dispute it with my credit card company I had no use of the truck what so ever!!
