MOHAN KDear Moving Help Support, I would like to formally report the financial losses I suffered as a direct result of MVKAR Moving Company's failure to provide the scheduled moving service. Because the movers never arrived and did not answer my repeated phone calls, I was forced to wait with a rented U-Haul truck at my previous address. This resulted in an additional $96 U-Haul truck charge. I appreciate that your representative advised me this amount would be refunded; however, it has already been charged to my account and has not yet been reimbursed. Unfortunately, the financial impact did not end there. Since my belongings could not be unloaded on the scheduled day, I was unable to move into my new residence. Because this occurred over the long weekend and no replacement movers were available until August 4, I have had to remain in my previous accommodation for three additional nights, costing me approximately $270 in unexpected rent. In total, this no-show has caused me substantial financial loss, significant inconvenience, and considerable stress during what was already a very challenging move. I respectfully ask U-Haul Moving Help to review this situation and let me know how these damages will be addressed. alireza sThe truck's windshield was very dirty when we picked it up, making it difficult to see the road. We had to stop several times during our trip to clean it ourselves. The cargo area in the back was also not properly cleaned. In addition, the brakes did not feel safe or responsive, especially at highway speeds. It was difficult to slow down and stop the truck smoothly, which was very concerning and made us feel unsafe. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure a safer experience for future customers.
