James SGot charged 206$ automatically was suppose to have 130-140 reimbursed within 24 hrs been over 24 hrs and still no reimbursement .
Ronald AThis is the first time i've rented a unit and the staff did not commute to hook it up. I don't know if they were supposed to or not, but the other times we've rented they have come out and hooked it up and verified everything was right and then took a picture.
Richard LI reserved a U-Haul cargo trailer to pickup my upholstered furniture a week in advance for July 9th. On the 7th, I received a message that the trailer could be pickup on July 9th @ 11am at the 707 Memorial Street Thunder Bay location. At 10:47, I received a phone call that U-Haul could not honour the reserved order ($69.95 cost) because it was not available due to the customer did not return the trailer. My cost of the offer and final payment to my VISA was triple the cost of $19.95 for the U-Haul Truck. I will be following up with the U-Haul Truck and my Bank to stop payment. Worst service I ever experienced!
