Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Was complaining about her bad day before we experienced issues. The rental was “greyed” out on her screen so she wouldn’t release the rental. She wouldn’t call U-Haul to try and rectify the situation. I was on hold for about 40 mins + on chat trying to rectify situation. All to be told that it’s “greyed” out because I’m renting it and she can release the keys to me. We finally get into the truck to see a quarter of a tank of gas, which is apparently fine by U-Hauls standards.

The reason for no is because its because they work for uhaul but it's not an actual location rent the truck and all. It's kind of a liquidation store handling uhaul business.
