Less then 1 hr use for a 10ft cube van and 27km cost $112.00, so much for this $19.95 a day rip off. You should put in because once I reserved the truck it said $36.00 plus .99 per km……how does that work

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location mis reported the fuel level of my rental at drop off (i dropped off outside business hours so I was not able to dispute it in person). I called the location requesting a correction (so the additional fuel charge that spoeared on my credit card could be reversed). They continued to misread the fuel level (although they agreed to a minor correction). Fortunately I had pictures of the gauge cluster at both pickup and drop off so I was able to successfully dispute the additional fuel charge to U Haul Cudtomer Care (the additional fuel charge was $63 !!!).
Edward RI had chosen a spot closer to my home and was moved to this location. The checkin process took a long time. Trailer worked well. Return was good.
Roger GEquipment was maintained but the interior was still a bit dirty.
