Easy pick up and drop off, friendly staff and a nice big parking lot made it easily accessible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI arrived to pickup my trailer. The website lead me to believe a trailer hitch would be available. It was not. So I had to buy one at $59.99 The business was supposed to provide a pig tail connector to connect the trailer lights to the truck I used to haul the trailer. It was not available and the best they could do was order one, which would have set my rental day back to 4-6 days. Couldn’t lose my rental due to my closing date. I had to go buy one. $49.99. I lost $118.97 because the trailer was not ready upon pickup. Why is a company renting vehicles and trailers that are not ready for pick up? Uhaul is not what it used to be. I’m out almost $120 dollars onto of my $566.00 rental. This is shameful. I will be passing this along to anyone I know who is thinking about renting a uhaul.
Rob HThe waiting time, however, is still better than at the other rental. I will come here again and rent.
jacqueline nUhaul phone line and online services are smooth, very responsive but but but that particular neighborhood location was every opposite of good service. The lady who was there does not know anything. Couldn't dispatch my equipments properly and made me wait two hours. Worst ever.
