Only recommend if it’s clear that this is a virtual pickup only. My original reservation, which I made weeks ago, was moved 2 days prior to the rental to a location further away. When I arrived, there was no one present so I called customer service. They explained that the transfer hadn’t been fully/properly completed so helped me get it squared away and I was able to complete the rest of my rental through the app. The truck was in great condition.
Jeffrey WThe trucks air-conditioning stopped working so we drove in the evening, no maintenance was done on this vehicle, if this is how you are doing business I will never rent again from U-Haul.Tigard location is awful.
Roderic BDid not receive the requested and paid for equipment. There was no hand dolly, which made our move very difficult as we were planning on having one. Not a very clean or well organized location. I will not be using U-haul again if I can't be confident that the equipment that I rent and plan on having being available.
