When I picked the truck up there was barely any gas in it and one of the tires was almost flat with a missing tire cap. I had to go out of my way to get it fixed because the team did not check anything it would seem. Then when I dropped the vehicle off at the same sight, the building was closed and no employees were working even past an hour after opening hours from Google.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI returned the trailer two days ahead of schedule and was promised an email receipt. No receipt was received for more than two full days and only after 4 requests to uhaul and 3 to the drop off location. Very poor and non- communicative process. Mostly negligence on the part of the people and management at the drop off location.
