Would not recommend when picing up with the app. Using the app, the location it requires for GPS is behind a locked gate. Had to walk down the side of the fence 100 ft to get close enough for the app to agree I was at the rental. Called. 1800 u haul zero help. Store wasn't open yet. Wasted over an hour because the GPS signal for Google said the u haul store was over 100 feet away. Look it up on Google before you plan to use the app to pick up. If they are open, very good customer service. Have used them many times.

The locations were both great.....it is uhaul customer service that needs help. They are misinformed and they are rude. There seems to be a not so good communication line between corporate and dealers....This needs fixing.

Matthew CThere was no help at all to attach rental dolly and no instructions as to the equipment not being able to back up, as a normal trailer. This caused a safety issue.
laure fAfter hours checkout was extremely difficult. Even though I was standing next to the truck, the auto system told me I was 600 feet away from the correct location using the GPS on my phone. I had to drive around the area to find some random spot 600' from the truck to pick it up, then race back to get pictures, etc. This location and staff are great, self check out needs work.
