The pick up location was disgusting on the inside and did not have everything I needed. I had to drive 45 minutes to get the utility dolly. not to mention my original pick up location was in Champaign, Illinois not tolono IL changed it because they didn’t have it where I wanted to pick it up. and then to change my location and not even have all the supplies that I paid for not to mention the guy didn’t even say hey I don’t have the dolly we had to go in and ask about it and then I had to call customer service and find it and drive to get it.

The equipment was okay (looked like it had been sitting for awhile), but in good condition. Other places I've rented from have required validation of who I am (Driver's Licence) and they've helped hood up the equipment. Here, I was asked my name, and we were told we were good to go. It was a good thing we knew what we were doing!
