Excellent service. The woman who helped me (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was very good at her job, and very helpful to me in getting the trailer hooked up. She gave very good instructions for the return, as well. I will return here next time I need a trailer.

We called to say we would be a few hours late dropping off. She said ok I can extend that for you. Never mentioned charging for another day. Then we received a receipt for another day. Why not just communicate that to us? It was raining and no one else was renting the trailer. Just seems deceptive and not helpful as we were late because of traffic.
