The location is currently in transition and the address was not updated on google. I booked the morning of and didn’t get an update of the new address so wasted a bit of time looking for the new location and was late for my quick rental. Asif was very understanding of my situation, and was very clear he did not want to delay the truck for the next customer. He offered me the larger truck at the cargo van rate and after returning provided me with the adjusted day rate since it was the better deal. These guys are so competent, friendly and really know how to treat customers. 10/10 will always come back to these guys.

Dimitrios AThe original location that we originally planned for drop off was full. The place they changed the drop off to didn’t exist anymore. They were a bunch of others in the same predicament. We had to spend a good 30 minutes on the phone. We were on our way back to the Eglinton drop off and we passed the new location. We did pull in and drop it off there. This was so unacceptable and time consuming after an already long day. It was complete chaos and so disorganized. No impressed at all. I will definitely not be recommending this service again.
Amanda PEverything was fine until I tried to return the truck. The guy that was there was very nice and actually helped me. I am doing this to alert the other problem.
