Everything went fine except pick up. I was told by the phone agent my rental would be ready to go. I went into the station where it was reserved, gave my name and #, and the attendant pushed keys through the window with a piece of paper with the trailer # on it and was instructed:" The trucks are on the lot, and you have to go find it and then go to the other lot to find the trailer." Fair enough. Ever try to back up a cube truck to a trailer by yourself? Took ME about 20 minutes, with constant in and out of the truck to align the trailer. If I had been instructed for this situation, I wouldn't have let the person drop me off and leave. Needless to say, he had to drive back to assist me with doing this location's job that represents U-Haul. I'm sure U-Haul will say they are sorry, but that doesn't make up for the time I lost by doing this agent's job for U-Haul. Will I use Uhaul again?

Cleaning
Wanda BAside from all the fees, which I know is not the specific business's fault, very clean and well maintained. The shifter doesn't always go to park but the key comes out.
