Excellent customer service. Everyone there is kind, helpful and understanding. We had some delays to return the trailer back on time called the office and completed understood. Give instructions how to return back the trailer after hours. I would recommend place 100% to everyone.
Lisa AI needed a U-Haul short notice just for the day. Van helped me get into one and made the whole experience so easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes with the truck. When I returned, it was quick and Van again provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back and will refer friends and family!

JOSIAH ANeed better way to track the gas. I drove the truck 18 miles and you said i needed 5 more gallons of gas. I had already put 2 gallons in it before I returned it. There is no way I used 5 gallons of gas unless that truck gets 4 miles to the gallon. That is unacceptable
