Cleaner or newer vehicle. Our previous rental was better than this one. There’s no rear view camera, unlike other UHaul trucks we rented.

Y reservation was moved because there were no trucks. I went to the new location at my reserved pickup time. Truck wasn’t there. I then had to go to another new location. I got started 2 hours later than intended which led to chaos the rest of the day. Customer service was awful and the situation was so unnecessary and caused copious amounts of stress.
Courtney KSystem wasn't working which was not the fault of the location. Truck needed some repair but was otherwise clean. Overall experience was ok.
COREY PThe pick up service was kind and prompt. But the form stated the truck fork was full. Which I immediately told the clerk was incorrect, to which she stated would be correct when she uploaded to the system and to return as found. Upon return, I was charged a fuel up fee even though it was exactly as found. And now I’m the one stuck having to call all sorts of numbers to get my money back. For something that should have been promptly addressed when notified.
