Showed up 10 minutes before closing time but they didn't want to deal with me. They were in a hurry to get out the door. I was trying to show them info on my contract but they didn't have time. Charged me a fuel sub charge when I wasn't supposed to be charged. Not very good customer service very unfriendly.

Excellent service and great customer service.
JOSE YRented 20' truck, local usage. Invoice with recorded mileage, differences, shows I used for only 5 miles. Filled with $12.01 fuel, before returning, and since per Uhaul website that vehicle uses 10 MPG which means I used 1/2 a gallon of fuel. My invoice billed me for Fuel Service Fee $30 + Fuel Charge of 10 gallons!! Impossible. I called the L&R company, lady that answered rudely shut me up quick claiming she didn't know anything and I would have to talk to the manager/owner. Took my number down and from that Friday morning phone call I still have not received a call back. I had to call Uhaul directly to contest, which Uhaul helped me, thank you.
